As the Founder and Owner of DCS, my dreams have been to never stagnate, to be honest and fair, to deliver what has been promised and to never overcharge. It is so important to learn from the past and constantly strive to do better. Perhaps the most important factor in my success has been having the right customers at my side.

I am against acquisitions and mergers, something other companies will do or have done in order to expand their business partner framework. I am absolutely convinced that my customers are the best business partners that I could have.

I do not believe in User Groups. They are a waste of time and money. Why would a customer want to be heard only once a year, when they deserve to be heard everyday?

Commitment to my customers’ future is the cornerstone upon which my company is built. This commitment began when DCS chose to develop applications exclusively for the law enforcement, fire, jail, and correctional organizations three decades ago.

To all my customers, many of you dating back to the early 80’s, thank you for your continued loyalty and for entrusting in my company to meet your everyday needs.
